A treatment room transformed by warm amber architectural light

The room that
changes how
you feel.

Colour, scent and sound, choreographed to a chosen state.

A sensory wellness system for luxury hospitality

The Idea

You shouldn't have to design the room. Just choose how you want to feel.

Parlour turns the room itself into part of the wellness experience. One touch activates a choreographed programme of architectural light, fine fragrance and sound, designed to create a particular atmosphere.

Not a lighting preset.
Not a diffuser.
Not a playlist.

One state · One room · One touch

Three senses. One experience.

Colour — atmospheric detail

Colour

Architectural light shifts in spectrum, intensity and timing to create the visual and biological environment of each state.

Scent — atmospheric detail

Scent

Fine fragrance is delivered through controlled cold-air diffusion using sealed, replaceable cartridges.

Sound — atmospheric detail

Sound

Original soundscapes move with the light and scent, then disappear when silence becomes more powerful.

Every transition is choreographed.

Hospitality

The wellness experience shouldn't end at the spa door.

Guest suite at night carrying the same sensory language at 22:0022:00 — Suite

A guest chooses Rest & Reset during an afternoon treatment. That evening, the same sensory language is waiting in their suite. The colour, scent and sound are familiar, but the programme has changed for the night. Parlour turns wellness from a place within the hotel into a thread running through the entire stay.

A guest suite held in deep midnight blue light

Designed around how the senses shape a space.

Parlour's programmes draw on established research into non-visual light exposure, olfaction, sound and autonomic response.

The research informs the design of each environment. Parlour does not position these individual studies as clinical validation of the complete system.

A Parlour environment in soft blush light

A new wellness layer for luxury hospitality.

Parlour works with hotel groups, owners and design teams to create sensory environments around a property's own wellness identity. The existing six-state library can be installed directly or extended with brand-specific experiences.

Design Partner

In partnership with Studio Indigo.

We have partnered with Studio Indigo, the award-winning London architecture and interior design studio, to shape an environment equal to the standard of treatment we provide. Founded in 2005, Studio Indigo works at the highest end of residential and hospitality design, bringing together architecture, interiors and bespoke craftsmanship to create spaces defined by warmth, character and understated luxury.

Their portfolio spans exceptional private residences, yachts and some of London's most prestigious hospitality projects, including Mandarin Oriental Mayfair and its private residences.

For Parlour, the collaboration brings that same attention to proportion, materiality, light and detail to the clinic experience: a space conceived not as a conventional aesthetics clinic, but as a destination in its own right.
